Work Capacity Evaluation (WCE)

  • Our WCE will answer these questions:
    • What current abilities and limitations exist for the individual?
    • Can the individual return to work?
    • What is the next step in the rehabilitation plan?
    • Are the subjective reports of pain and disability reliable?
    • Was full effort provided during testing?
  • Reports are standardized for ease of reading, and include summary sections on physical findings, effort and consistency, and reliability.
  • Appointments offered over one day, two days, or multiple days, depending on your client's needs.
  • WCE appointments within two weeks of the date of referral.
  • Completed report within ten business days.
  • Work Site Evaluation and Physical Demands Analysis as an adjunct to a Work Capacity Evaluation.

 

Job Site Evaluation and Physical Demands Analysis

  • Workplace assessment
  • Identify critical job demands
  • Determine readiness for a gradual return to work
  • Provide recommendations and modifications needed to ensure a successful return to work.

 

Ergonomic Assessment

  • 4-6 hour workplace assessment
  • In depth video analysis of specific work tasks
  • Report including recommendations that will minimize risk factors and maximize productivity.

Community Support

 

Home Safety / Home Care Assessment

Home Safety Assessment identifies physical risk factors and a Homecare Assessment determines the individual’s needs in terms of:
  • Personal care
  • Housekeeping
  • Home maintenance
  • Transportation
  • Community management
  • Prescription of aids and equipment
  • Wheelchair assessment and ongoing maintenance.

 

Functional Assessments for Traumatic Brain Injury

  • Independent living skills
  • Self Care Assessment
  • Community Rehabilitation Services
  • Rehabilitation Plans.
